F-1 Visa New Grad Nurses Onshore AOS

For more than 20 years, Valley Medical Staffing has been supporting international nurses with expertise, integrity, and compassion. We offer long-term assignments for registered nurses at acute-care facilities in California, Minnesota and across the United States. You’ll have direct access to your immigration attorney team and we’ll work with you to support your financial and placement expectations. We provide relocation assistance, licensure/certification/credentialing management, and offer assimilation support to get you started working as soon as possible.   

To qualify, you are:

  • An international nursing student living in the United States 

  • About to graduate, or have received, a BSN or MSN degree  

  • Preparing to take, or have taken, NCLEX, passed and received your USRN license 

  • Will have access to work authorization such as OPT, CPT, or asylum 

  • Seeking a RN role to launch and build your U.S. career in an acute care setting  

US-educated new graduate nurses on F-1 students visas. Permanent residency is achieved through an adjustment of status while living in the United States. Those on asylum, TPS, or DACA may also be eligible.

Christel, Med/Surg Neuro

After graduating with a nursing degree in her home country of Cameroon and volunteering on a surgical ship throughout Central & West Africa, Christel was inspired to move to the U.S. to expand her nursing career. She studied for her ADN, passed NCLEX and quickly began working. She now works the neurology floor at a hospital in Minnesota.
